Delivery Addresses

If you will not be at the shipping address to accept delivery of your product, it would be wise to consider shipping the item to an address where someone you trust will be available to sign for your package. Please note that we are not able to adjust the shipping address once a package has left our warehouse.

If you are unavailable during the time of delivery an Australia Post representative will leave a card for you detailing instructions on where you can go to pick up your order from your nearest Australia Post Office. Please note that we cannot leave Australia Post special delivery instructions, for example: Please leave package on the table around the back of the house.

Delivery Charges

Jazzy Girl offers two options for delivery including Standard Delivery and Priority Delivery. We use Australia Post for our delivery service and estimated times are:

• Standard Delivery - 3 to 7 working days
• Priority Delivery - 2 working days (if order is received prior to midday WST).

Charges for delivery will apply to each order during the shopping cart process and will display as a
separate charge. If you are in the country area orders can take 6 – 10 working days.

Overseas Orders

Unfortunately a shipping price cannot be quoted online. We will contact you to discuss the shipping prices and your choice of shipping method. The price of shipping your parcel depends on the weight and destination.
